He also has a personal passion and specialism in bringing his recruitment and growth experience to developing countries in Africa and Asia. This genuinely global experience gives him a very unique global knowledge in a wide and culturally diverse range of countries and territories.
Michael has managed global searches at C-Suite level, going beyond traditional geographic boundaries working closely with clients in a very wide range of sectors.

On Talent Acquisition Management, Michael has built large teams across many sectors in many territories. In particular, Michael has built high performing teams in numerous countries in the USA, the UK and the European Union. Michael has also built teams for high-growth International companies in Sub-Saharan Africa, Central America and South East Asia. This has involved being on the ground in, sometimes, very challenging environments.
